Terms.

Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner and are subject to their terms. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person at any time before the event.

A valid ticket is required for entry. Each ticket admits one person and is scanned once.

Gates open at 15:00 and close when the main act begins. Management reserves the right to refuse entry.

No outside food or beverages are permitted. Glass, weapons, drones and fireworks are not allowed on site.

Sessions are family-friendly. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Sessions are outdoors and proceed in light rain. If conditions become unsafe, ticket holders are notified by email and on social channels by 10:00 on the day, and the refund or transfer position is confirmed in that notice.

Photography and filming take place at every session. By entering you consent to appearing in images used to promote Sunset Sessions.

Attendance is at your own risk. Neither Sunset Sessions nor Stanford Hills Estate accepts liability for loss, damage or injury except where caused by gross negligence.
